We do not offer an alteration service. If adjustments are needed, we recommend contacting a local tailor familiar with Moroccan craftsmanship to ensure modifications that respect the integrity of the dress.
All product details, including size information, belt inclusion, and fabric composition, are listed in each product description on our website.
As the caftan is a delicate garment, we recommend gentle hand washing with mild Marseille soap, focusing only on the areas that need cleaning.

Yes, it is entirely possible to collect your order in person. To do so, select “store pickup” when choosing your delivery method. You will receive an email with all the instructions to collect your piece.
You should allow between 3 and 6 business days for the delivery of your piece.

If the dress does not meet your expectations, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal. Simply contact us at contact@mayanecouture.com so we can send you the return instructions. The dress must be returned in perfect condition, unworn, undamaged, and with all original tags attached. Otherwise, the return cannot be accepted.
